Stem cell therapy for Lymphedema

A while ago I got a tip about an online diary of a woman who is undergoing a new kind of treatment for Lymphodema in South Korea. It is a combination of Liposuction and Lymphosuction, to clear the site where the lymphatic system has been damaged, followed by intravenous stem cell therapy.

This lady has Lymphedema an Lipedema in both her legs due to surgery that went wrong. On her blog she shares her experiences from before her surgery and up till now where she is today, which is a very good place, it seems.

You can read her very first post shortly before the surgery here, where she explains a little about the procedure. On the mainsite you can find the posts that followed.

This lady links to another online surgery diary. I am not sure whether they are having the exact same operation but do check it out.

I am sorry it has been so long since my last post. I am well and things are good. Still no sign of a job, but things seems to be picking up a little and there have been more openings lately so I am hopeful. The wonderful man is still here and still wonderful. His name is Glenn. He really doesn't care about my leg. He sometimes helps me roll up bandages, how sweet is that! I think we are good together. While being in the middle of it I am also observing this wonderful thing that has happened to me. It is kind of unreal and very different - good different - than other attemps into relationsships I have had. I can be me.

I recently recieved the maxi dress on the pictures below, it is really not too bad. I will see if I can take a picture wearing it so you can see what it really looks like. I need to stop buying clothes from China on eBay as the quality is often not very good and the pictures can be very different from what you actually get but I was lucky with this one. The quality is not too bad. The dress is quite long too and not Asian sized. I am 168 cm high and is long enough for me. It comes in many different colours. I bought it here. The colour is a little bit different from the pictures but not dramatically.

  1. That dress looks amazing! Hope you rock it.And thanks for sharing the story about stem cell therapy for lymphedema. That's something to look into. Quite skeptical about invasive surgery as you never what to expect afterwards. Better the devil you know than the one you don't.
Hope Glenn is the one! =). All the best with job hunting, something will definitely come up. Have faith.
Sending hugs all the way from South Africa>>>>> =)

    1. Thanks Tee :-)
I too feel twosided about surgery, you never know. A man I know and who had the LVA done with good results says that there is practically no risk with this one but who knows. It is still so relatively new.
Thank you for the good wishes, all the best to you too :-)
      Warm hugs

  2. Glad to hear things are still going well with Glenn. See, I told you that it's true love if he helps roll bandages! So glad you've found a sweet guy. The dress is lovely...I'd look into buying one too but I think it probably looks better on taller folks!

  3. Josefine Handerson is my name I just don't know where to start from. But first i want to say a big thanks to God, and secondly to Dr Uwadia Amenifo for his care towards me. My good people, i suffered from Elephantiasis for some time, i have used different medicine, and have followed advises of people just to get a cure for my Elephantiasis without undergoing surgery, but none worked out for me. I search the internet for possible cure, and saw so many comments of people advising on possible cure, i tried all but still did not worked. My doctor said i have to start getting ready to undergo surgery before i will be fine but the finance to undergo the surgery was a very big problem because i am a poor woman. i cried to God to allow me die the way i was if it was his wish, but i kept hoping that God in his infinite mercy will one day send me a cure be it physical or spiritual. So on a faithful day, i came across a testimony by a man who said Dr Uwadia Amenifo Cured him of his long suffered disease with his herbal mixture. Then i checked the said Dr on Facebook where i added him, and i talked with him explaining to him my Elephantiasis and also if he have any sort of herbal remedy that can ease the pains for me. After i explained to him, he told me not to worry that he have cured Elephantiasis before and also please note that elephantiasis is same with podoconiosis, and also lymphedema. and he said he will cure mine without me undergoing surgery. I marveled at what he said because it was strange to me but getting a cure by any means was what i was after, so as a result of this i decided to give him a try. he counseled me, and after which we made necessary arrangement, he prepared the herbal mixture and sent it to me in my country, i used the herbs just as he have prescribed and behold the herbs worked like a magic in my eyes and cured me of my Elephantiasis. all the swollen in my leg begin to reduce and in less than a month my leg size returned to normal and now i am HAPPY to say i am cured and free from Elephantiasis. i have be calling Dr Uwadia Amenifo to tell him thanks for this he have done for me, but he said to me i should tell the world about his herbs, and that's exactly what i am doing now. Please are you still there suffering from Elephantiasis? or you have other health challenges and you want someone to help you out? Please in a hurry contact Dr Uwadia Amenifo now. His phone number is +2349052015874. His email is (doctoruwadiaamenifo@gmail.com). Thank you all for your listening time.
